What Plaćomat is
Plaćomat is a net-pay calculator for Croatia. It is built for people already working here and for those still weighing the move — so that before you sign a contract you can see how much of a gross salary actually lands in your account.
The calculation starts from gross pay and subtracts what Croatia really deducts: pension contributions (MIO 1st and 2nd pillar) and income tax, with the personal allowance applied. Health insurance is employer-borne on top of gross.
